Is it possible to attend workshops/events/etc. in both studios?
As a CrossZone Member, you can of course attend workshops in all studios at the best conditions.
Why does the workout planning in the two studios differ?
The skill level is partly different. The requirements grow with the development of the athletic performance within the group classes. In addition, the local conditions are decisive for the planning
Is the risk of injury higher with Crossfit than with other sports?
No, on the contrary! Professional coaches guarantee you an individually adapted training by personal support.
Can I do a free trial training in the Crosszone?

We adapt the planning to the local conditions and respond individually to the temporal needs of our customers. The higher the workload in the hours, the more classes we will offer.
Is it possible to train in both studios?
For 9,00€/week you get “Access to all Areas” and can use the complete schedule of the studios 1010 & 1190.
What do I need for training in the CrossZone?
Normal sportswear, sports shoes (preferably with a flat sole or indoor football shoes) and shower equipment if required.
How can I become a member of the CrossZone?
Just go to a coach before or after the class and talk to him. He will then take care of everything with you.

In the CrossZone you train effectively and variedly. A mix of gymnastic exercises and workouts with additional weights at high intensity make up our training.
