CrossFit is completely new territory for you? No problem: In “Basic Strength and Technique”, you learn the most important “do’s & don’ts” as well as basic techniques that prepare you for regular group training (WOD). Simply complete the five different modules “Squats”, “Lifts”, “Presses”, “Gymnastics” and “Kettlebells” and start training with the necessary know-how.
“Endurance” forms the basis of a good and extensive fitness. In these classes, we don’t work with heavy weights and complex techniques, but do concentrate on challenging your cardiovascular system. This means running, rowing, airsquats, burpees and the like with moderate intensity over long periods of time and as little rest as possible – let’s go!
Welcome to CrossFit! The “Workout of the day” – short “WOD” describes the classic group classes which you will find most often in our schedule. Here, you combine Olympic lifts with gymnastics, kettlebells and cardio elements. A certain level of performance is a good prerequisite to participate in these classes, so you should already master the basic movements!
Girls on their own. Women often have different wishes and needs in training than men. These are exactly what we address in our Girls classes. The focus here is on body shaping and intensive cardio workouts. We are also happy to respond to your individual wishes during these classes and design the training session accordingly.
Mobility and flexibility are prerequisites to train cleanly and correctly and important to learn or optimize a new exercise. In this class, special mobility exercises are performed with the help of stretch bands (such as Thera-Band), bodyweight and additional weight. In the following, you can also use these very well alone and as a supplement to the regular training.
Olympic Weightlifting is the king of weightlifting. If you want to improve your Clean & Jerk or Snatch and have completed our “Weightlifting Prep Courses”, you have come to the right place! Under the guidance of our weightlifting coaches, you can focus on your technique and become stronger.
Crossfit and Yoga complement each other perfectly. A modern and lively yoga awaits you. The strength and stability that you improve in Crossfit lets you perform powerful yoga postures more easily. Other yoga positions make your body flexible and supple. Through conscious breathing and movement, you will achieve peace and serenity.
