Individually adapted coaching

Limited to 15 people per class

    Opened 365 days a year

Exercises which can be used in your daily life

A nice atmosphere and personal flair

Functional strength training, a mixture of gymnastic exercises, elements from the weightlifting field and additional inputs from various endurance sports make up our training.

Each of our units is supervised and led by a coach. The quality of your training is therefore guaranteed. The leading coach will guide you through a warm up, a specific technique part for those exercises that are scheduled for that day, and then the workout, the main part of each class, will begin. Intensive, effective and varied – this is the best way to describe the training with us.

Each class lasts a maximum of 60 minutes and is never the same as the previous one – this creates an optimal relationship between time input and training-effective output for you and your body!

Training Planning.

Every week you will receive new and well-structured training plans from us. Behind our planning is a team of sports scientists who put together the units for you. The goal behind the planning is to raise your individual requirements to an optimum – be it strength, endurance, coordination or mental strength. The workouts are varied, motivating and challenging. The goal is to get the best out of you.
